I think one of the most wonderful things about being a real estate agent is the amazing number of capacities that we can work in. 

Consider the following:

There are agents that are focused on building a team of agents that they can lead. This activity does not help the client during their home selling process. 

There are agents that are focused on becoming brokers to build their own brokerage. This activity does not help the client during their home selling process. 

There are agents that focused on marketing for their team or brokerage to obtain more clients. This activity does not help the client during their home selling process. 

There are agents who spend a bunch of time telemarketing to obtain more clients. This activity does not help the client during their home selling process. 

Then……There are agents that are focused on providing service to their clients. Through better marketing and education of themselves. These activities DO help the client during their home selling process.

What focus do you want your agent to have while you are buying and or selling? 

I don’t want a team or a brokerage. I just want to serve my clients. That is why I got into this business in the first place. I am focused on you. The Client.
